Buying Gold Online

In early July of this year a news story came out reporting research had shown a single spelling mistake on a website could cut that website’s revenue in half. Measuring sales on a website before and after a spelling mistake was detected showed twice as many orders were made after the mistake was corrected. I mention this because it is a brilliant example of how important credibility is when buying online. If you don’t trust the store, you aren’t going to buy, and it seems many online shoppers allow even the relatively minor indicator of spelling (as compared to elements such as payment security or proof of stock) to prevent them from shopping.
